Please Note: This is a tentative schedule, and event dates and times are subject to change. Large outings will take priority over Wednesday events; however, Desert Willow Golf Resort staff will coordinate with Club Representatives to reschedule impacted events as needed.
Eligibility
Must hold a valid Palm Desert Resident’s Card.
Weekly Play Rate
Enjoy Palm Desert Resident rate green fees of $65 plus a $5 buy-in, totaling $70 per week, payable online by midnight each Monday.
Start Times
Events kick off every Wednesday at 7:30 or 7:35 AM. Hole assignments are posted each Monday under the ‘Starting Assignments’ tab, ensuring you know your starting position ahead of each event.
Season Length
October 2026 through May 2027
Number of Players
A maximum of 72 players can participate each week. Once capacity is reached, a waitlist will be maintained for additional sign-ups.

Pairings
Pairings will be done in accordance to the sign up form unless otherwise changed by the Champions Club Representatives. Pairing requests will typically be granted, but may be adjusted if necessary.
Weekly Sign Ups
Players must register in person at the Golf Shop or by calling 760.346.7060 Ext. 1 by close of business on the Sunday before each Wednesday event. Please note that email registrations are not accepted. Sign-ups open exactly 7 days in advance, and any available tee times will be released to the public after Sunday’s close of business.
No Shows
All no-shows will incur the Champions Club rate of $65. To avoid charges, cancellations must be submitted by midnight on the Monday prior to the event.
Cart Signs | Scorecards | Scoring
Desert Willow Golf Resort staff will handle Cart Signs, Scorecards, and Scoring for each Wednesday event, ensuring a seamless experience for all players. Results will be posted weekly under the ‘Results’ tab. The Champions Club Commissioner will update participant scores to their active GHIN Handicap. A valid GHIN Handicap is required to be eligible for NET prizes.
Reminder: Please check your tee assignments and names and make sure they are correct. If you see your name in the pairings below for the current week, please remember to click the weekly event portal button below the pairing sheet and make your weekly payment. Thank you for your help!
If your official scorecard shows a zero handicap, this indicates that you do not currently have an active index. Players without an established index will be eligible only for Gross prizes until their index is established, which typically takes about seven posted rounds.
