The Palm Desert Golf Academy’s 45 minute Stick Mobility Golf Fitness class is designed to improve your mobility, stability, and strength in your golf swing. This class focuses on joint mobilization, strength training, and deep fascial stretching to increase overall performance, reduce risk of injury, and accelerate recovery.
