Work Environment:

This hands-on role supports the overall golf experience by overseeing guest check-in, retail, and pace-of-play standards. Primary Responsibilities:
This role includes, but is not limited to, the following key duties:
Guest Service & Experience
- Welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Uphold the highest standards of service to ensure a consistently enjoyable golf experience
- Manage the reservation system, answer calls with professionalism, and assist with tee time scheduling
- Enforce pace-of-play policies and promote positive etiquette on the course
Golf Shop & Retail Operations
- Ensure the golf shop and display areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Be thoroughly knowledgeable in merchandise to assist guests with confident recommendations
- Open, close, and secure the golf shop following all established procedures
- Maintain inventory and help manage POS operations
- Collect and record green fees, cart rentals, and sales with accuracy and adherence to tax policies

- Support with tracking daily rounds and demographic data
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; college degree or PGA Level 1 preferred
- Minimum of 1–2 years in a similar golf or retail operations role, preferably at a high-volume or resort facility

- Ability to handle high-volume environments while maintaining composure and professionalism
- Working knowledge of POS systems and golf-specific software is a plus
Working Conditions:
