We recently hosted two feedback sessions for Palm Desert Resident cardholders, where we discussed the goals developed from our March 2023 meetings, outlined the program changes made to the Resident Card, Champions’ Club, and Platinum Card programs for Resident Card holders, and shared the results of those programs. The meeting presentation (below), highlights program results from July 2023 to March 2024.

1. We’re delighted to report that the feedback received from meeting attendees was overwhelmingly positive!
2. Comments regarding the Resident Card, Champions Club, and Platinum Card programs and the updates made to them were favorable, with many expressing satisfaction and appreciation for the improvements.
3. In particular, attendees noted that access to tee times had significantly improved, and many had taken advantage of our new Virtual Waitlist.

As a result of the positive feedback and successful outcomes of the programs, our goal is to maintain the current programming structure for the upcoming 2024-2025 season. By continuing with the same approach, we can better understand financial impacts and further enhance the experience for all Desert Willow Guests. We look forward to another year of positive results and are committed to delivering exceptional service and value to our most loyal guests.
